Arrow Exit

Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Agreement

By playing Arrow Exit you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not play it.

The game is published by Darshan Jasoliya (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at jasoliyadarshan96@gmail.com.

2. What you may do

Play it, on any device you own, as much as you like. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to do so.

3. What you may not do

4. Purchases

The game sells coins, gems and other items. Three things it is better to be blunt about:

Payment goes through Google, not us. Google Play's terms govern the transaction and its refund policy applies. We cannot issue a refund ourselves because we never handle the money.

Coins and gems are not money. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else, and you do not own them — you hold a licence to use them inside the game.

Some things are bought once; the subscription is not. The Starter Pack and the Premium Bundle are one-time purchases that last for as long as you have the game, on any device signed in to the same Google Play account. There is no permanent ad-removal product; going ad-free is a benefit of the Premium Bundle or of an active subscription.

Arrow Exit Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Google requires this to be spelled out, and it is the section that prevents arguments:

Purchases restore; coins and gems do not. Anything you have bought can be restored on a new device by signing in to the same Google Play account. Coins and gems are the exception, and this is worth being plain about: they are consumable, so once you have received them they belong to that save rather than to your store account.

Your progress moves only if you have an account. Signed in, your progress syncs and follows you to another device. Signed out, it lives on that device alone and changing device loses it.

5. Your account

An account is optional; the whole game works without one.

If you create one, keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Choose a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate somebody else; we may reclaim one that is.

You can delete your account at any time, from Settings → Account → Delete account in the game, from arrowexit.web.app/delete-account, or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent and takes your synced progress with it. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

6. Advertising

The game shows ads, and offers optional ads you may watch in exchange for a reward. An active subscription or the Premium Bundle removes the ads you did not choose to watch; the optional rewarded ones remain available, because they exist to give you something.

Ads come from a third party and we do not choose the individual ads. If you see one that is offensive or misleading, tell us at jasoliyadarshan96@gmail.com with a screenshot and we will report it.

7. Updates and availability

We may update the game, change how it works, or stop supporting it. We will try to give notice of anything that would affect purchases you have made. We cannot promise it will always be available or always work — no software can honestly promise that.

8. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which in many countries cannot be signed away.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
