Delete your account

This page removes your Arrow Exit account and everything stored with it. You do not need the game installed to use it.

If you never created an account, there is nothing here to delete. Playing signed out keeps everything on your own device. Uninstalling the game removes it, and we never had a copy.

The fastest way: delete it in the game

If you still have Arrow Exit installed and can sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account. That happens immediately and needs nothing from us.

Requesting deletion here instead

Tap the button below. It opens your email app with the message already written.
Send it from the email address you signed up with. This is how we confirm the account is yours — we cannot act on a request from an address we do not recognise.
We delete the account and reply to confirm. This is done within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Use the subject Delete my Arrow Exit account, and send it from the address you signed up with.

What gets deleted

All of it. Specifically:

Your email address and sign-in record
Your username, and the record reserving that name
The date your account was created
Your synced game progress — levels, stars, coins, gems and settings held in our database

If you ask, we also delete the anonymous analytics and crash data associated with your installation.

What we keep, and why

Records of purchases you made are held by Google Play, not by us, and we cannot delete them. Google keeps them for tax and accounting reasons. If you want to know what Google holds, ask Google.

Before you do it

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Progress that exists only in the cloud goes with the account. If you have the game installed and signed in, your progress on that device stays until you uninstall — but it will no longer sync anywhere.

Items you have purchased are tied to your Google Play account rather than your Arrow Exit account. Deleting this account does not refund them, and they can still be restored later if you make a new one.
